To create a luxurious swim spa retreat seamlessly connected to their screened porch. Yet, achieving this required careful planning and the expertise of seasoned professionals. Cement Pad installation

Their journey began with First Concrete, LLC known for their precision in construction. To support the weight of the swim spa and ensure durability, they laid a sturdy 6-inch thick reinforced concrete slab, forming the foundation of their dream project.

Pathway Construction

Next, attention turned to the construction of a pathway. A 22-foot long deck, crafted from top-quality pressure-treated lumber, served as the bridge between the screened porch and the swim spa. This expansive platform not only provided functional access but also added aesthetic appeal to their outdoor space.

Connecting it all together – Backyard Sanctuary

Safety was paramount, especially in wet conditions. To mitigate risks, they opted for a heat-reflective solid stain from Sherwin-Williams, infused with a polymer called shark grit for enhanced traction. This innovative solution ensured stability and peace of mind, even in slippery conditions.

The final step was the installation of the swim spa itself. Prime Electrical Services expertly handled the electrical setup, seamlessly integrating a 240-amp power supply. With everything in place, Jason and Lan’s swim spa retreat was ready to deliver moments of relaxation and rejuvenation for years to come.
