Stamped concrete patios and private porch

As I am currently a student at Innovative Martial Arts Academy, Sensei Falk and his wife hired Sharpman Construction to build a screened-in porch addition with a stamped concrete patio (beautiful job by First Concrete, LLC) onto the back wall of their home. On the South side of the screened porch is an 8 x 10 stamped concrete pad with a gas line that was extended to an outside gas grill.

On the North side is another ~16‘ x 23‘ stamped concrete pad for a table and seating.

The new screened-in porch in Raleigh is 12‘ x 16‘ and has a shed roof. We used a product called ScreenEze to screen in the structure. We installed two skylights in the ceiling and a large ceiling fan to circulate the air. We also stained the treated lumber with a custom color from Sherwin Williams. Overall, the project took approximately two months, just in time for Spring!
